Galaxy

Davidson's Galaxy Environment: galaxy.davidson.edu

Login Method: Sign in using your Davidson College credentials through Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO).

Galaxy is a web-based platform for data-intensive biomedical research. It allows users to run bioinformatics workflows, analyze datasets, and visualize results—all without writing code.

JupyterHub

Davidson's Jupyter Environment: jupyter.davidson.edu

Login Method: Sign in using your Davidson College credentials through Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO).

JupyterHub provides a shared environment for running Jupyter Notebooks on HPC resources. It's an interactive coding interface that supports Python, R, and other languages.

OnDemand

Davidson's OnDemand: ood.rc.davidson.edu

Login Method: Sign in using your Davidson College email and password. The service is only accessible while on-campus and connected to eduroam, or when off-campus and connected to VPN.

Open OnDemand is a full-featured web portal for accessing HPC systems. It provides tools to manage files, submit and monitor jobs, run graphical applications, and access terminal sessions—all through an easy-to-use browser interface.
